Stop Smoking
It is relatively easy to stop smoking with hypnotherapy if you'r motivated to do so. You can once again enjoy the pleasures of being a non-smoker with just one or two sessions. Once you have stopped smoking, you will start to enjoy benefits of better health, improved taste buds (being able to taste those wonderful flavours again) and you will be able to enjoy your food more. After the initial cost of hypnosis, you will be financially better off as you will no longer need to pay out for Cigarettes or Tobacco. Take a moment to calculate how much you are spending on smoking.
Depending on the brand of cigarettes you smoke, you are spending anything from £8.70 (44p each cigarette) to £12.40 (62p each cigarette) for a pack of 20 (correct as of 25/12/2019).
If you smoke 10 cigarettes each day can add up to £2,263 each year.
If you smoke 15 cigarettes each day can add up to £3,394 each year.
If you smoke 20 cigarettes each day can add up to £4,526 each year.
It is only when we take the time to work out the financial cost of smoking, that we realise the true financial burden of the habit. The other thing to consider is, the cost of cigarettes increases each year.
